This week we sit down with Atlanta's 60th Mayor Mrs. Keisha Lance Bottoms. She stopped by to explain her new city jail legislation that heads to city council for a vote on November 1. She explains why she thinks this legislation is an important step towards criminal justice reform, and why she hopes the next Mayor will put transforming the city jail at the top of their agenda.
