Janeka Michelle G. Watson is the wife of Morgon Watson. They are the parents of Ryann, Morgann, Grant and Landon. Janeka continuously strives to be purposeful and impactful in her God given roles as a Wife and Mother. While diligently seeking God and spiritual growth, Janeka serves in the youth & children’s Ministries, the owner and director of Aasha. A Place of Hope, an emergency shelter for female youth. Cultivating Young Minds, a youth enrichment program teaching personal and professional development.
As Janeka is a natural encourager, the definition of encourager/exhorter is one who encourages personal growth and progress. Life Coaching was an organic transition. Janeka enjoys seeking and applying different methods to balance the demands of life. Janeka believes that being a wife or mom shouldn't stop you from chasing your dreams. With proper planning, goal setting and accountability they are obtainable!
Janeka admits she was first apprehensive at the idea. She questioned what and how could she teach or help someone else when she, still needs to learn and develop in each new season in life?! God reminded her, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10 NASB. Our lives are not just for us! so the lessons Janeka learned as a young single parent, working 3 jobs while going to college and the lessons she continues to learn while balancing being a wife, mother of 4 children, and entrepreneur will help another woman facing the same challenges.
