Day in the Life of SHANA DERMAN : Protecting your brand online begins with visual trust, Shana is a women making her mark in the technology industry leading this technology firm. We explore what a typical day looks like for Shana.
Waking up early in the morning around 04:00 or 05:00 that is then focused on strategic tasks and planning. She does have a quick 3 minute quiet meditation session to visualise the day ahead.
A morning at the office typically starts with a coffee with her business partner. Normal office activities continue from there which involves giving direction to the development team and giving presentations to potential clients.
There is focused family time between 16:00 – 20:00 where she might spend some more time on administrative tasks like email after 20:00.
She aspires to attend morning yoga sessions regularly.
