Chris Poe has served in the US Army for 27 years. His deployments have included combat, humanitarianism, and peacekeeping operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and East Africa. He's a master of resilience trainer and a drill instructor. In 2009, he was selected to attend the Master of Resilience Trainer Course by the US Army at the University of Pennsylvania. Listen as Chris shares how he came to know the true meaning of resilience in his life through experiencing hard transitions and troubled relationships and how learning mindfulness helped him minimize emotional flurries.
