The Thin Man was the book of the podcast. I talked about the sparse writing style, the snappy dialogue, and a few jarring elements (for modern readers at least) like the sheer amount of alcohol the characters consume. There were interesting tidbits on Dashiell Hammett's past as a Pinkerton detective and his love/hate relationship with the Nick and Nora characters.
