“The Great ‘Hallelujah’ Chorus in Heaven”

1. The praise of the great multitude in Heaven (Rev. 19:1-3)

* Revelation 6:10 “They called out in a loud voice, ‘How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?’” (NIV)

3. The wedding of the lamb and the wedding supper (Rev. 19:6-10)

* Revelation 19:7 “rejoice” = continually rejoice (direct translation)

* Revelation 19:7 “wedding” = wedding ceremony, “groom” = the Lamb, Jesus Christ, “bride” = Christ’s church (raptured people)

* “Wedding of the Lamb” = based on a Jewish wedding

(4) “Wedding supper stage”
