“Love God and Love Your Neighbor”

* The Pharisee teachers of the law of that day analyzed the Law of Moses and taught that there were 365 prohibited commandments and 248 action commandments, for a total of 613 commandments.

1. Jesus’ response: The two important commandments

* The second commandment: Mark 12:31 (Quote of Leviticus 19:18)

2. Love God

* What does it mean to love? It means to make time for someone else.
