The Jared Dyson Show

McConnell surrenders as social media sells out

Listen Later

On Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell congratulated Joe Biden as President-elect on the Senate floor. While McConnell had said he was backing President Trump, he quickly showed that he is no longer concerned with President Trump. He simply wants to move on and, in doing so, surrendered our country to the Democrats. Essentially, he is giving up on America.

He chose to remain silent when America was looking for someone to stand strong behind the President. Instead of standing behind the President as he said he would, his actions show he was not behind the President at all. He mishandled the coronavirus aid package and hurt the President. Then after the damage was done, quickly decided an aid package was needed. There's still dispute whether the aid package is really needed or not, and Jared explains his point of view.

He then told his colleagues to no longer question the election results. He told them to fall in line and attempt to get along with the Democrats. Yes, he told them our country is no longer worth fighting for and that they should simply surrender.

Of course, he's not the first one, as Attorney General Barr also surrendered to the left amid the Hunter Biden story. He failed to share the story and sat on it. He knew that mainstream media and social media outlets were burying the story but remained silent.

Facebook and Twitter both gave Joe Biden an immense amount of help in the election as they hid the Hunter Biden story. They sat on it, suppressed it, and kept Americans from hearing key information ahead of the election. While many have made comments against it, Jared has a unique point of view.

Could these benefits provided to Joe Biden be considered campaign donations? If so, there are multiple federal laws violated in the process. A story is worth thousands of dollars on social media. These two major outlets buried the story, blocked those sharing it, knowing it was affecting the election. All the while, their executives were donating thousands to the Biden campaign. Should these actions be considered donations?

Jared suggests there should be action, but he is not convinced anyone cares. Democrats have not cared about corruption as so many of them find themselves embroiled in it consistently. McConnell and the GOP are selling out and giving in. Rather than wanting to protect our country, they are willing to give it away for their own prosperity.
