Thirty years ago, a woman sued McDonald’s coffee for leaving third degree burns across much of her body. The jury awarded her $2.9 million. Now, McDonald’s is facing a similar case from a San Francisco woman who says employees didn’t secure the lid on her coffee, which spilled as she took a sip and left severe burns. KSL Legal Analyst Greg Skordas joins the show to explain the new case and its chances of success.
