Mcdonald’s Veggie Burger Recipe at MCD Menu
Ingredients:
- For the patties:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the burger:
- Hamburger buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Onion
- Pickles
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Vegan mayo (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas until roughly chopped. Do not over-process, leave some texture.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl and add breadcrumbs, onion, bell peppers, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the patties on it.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
