Mcdonald’s Veggie Burger Recipe at MCD Menu

Ingredients:

  • For the patties:
    • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
    • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
    • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the burger:
    • Hamburger buns
    • Lettuce
    • Tomato
    • Onion
    • Pickles
    • Ketchup
    • Mustard
    • Vegan mayo (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas until roughly chopped. Do not over-process, leave some texture.
  3. Transfer the chickpeas to a bowl and add breadcrumbs, onion, bell peppers, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the patties on it.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Assemble your burgers with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
