Happy Monday and Happy Holidays! Today's episode provides some insight into a recent MCL injury a client/patient/good friend of ours suffered last weekend while skiing. This was an interesting opportunity for the guys to chat about the mechanism of injury, acute management (ice anyone?), surgery vs conservative management and long term outcomes.
