Sheriff Baxter sat down with Lt. Providence Crowder from our Jail Bureau, Jennifer Rivers, Director of Rehabilitation and Kelly Robinson, Addictions Counselor to discuss why community partnerships are so important to rehabilitation in our jail.  Also discussed was how our addictions counseling works with in the jail and the different programs offered to inmates to offer assistance.
