<p>Monroe County Sheriff Todd Baxter along with Lieutenant Tom Rowe interviewed Sergeant Chris Vossler, Deputy Kelly Randle and Deputy Colleen Graham from the MCSO Training Unit.  The sergeant and deputies are in charge of training across all bureaus of MCSO which consists of approx. 1100 employees.  They discussed our academy process, field training, in service training and how to keep deputies up to date with changing real world events.</p>
