M&D S2E49: Juki 3000QVP, Visible Mending Boro Stitch and more with Stephanie

Send me a Text Message! This is a super raw, pared down episode: no music, no editing.  Never fear, I still have good content for you to listen to on today’s episode.  I tell you about a new release of a sewing machine, the Juki 3000 QVP, which has high end features yet is more affordable.

Visible mending is something I have been wanting to try, and now is the perfect time for me to do so.  I was pleasantly surprised at how easy hand mending can be.  I am mostly doing the boro style stitch with heavy weight embroidery thread and floss, using a running stitch.  

EQ8 released a new add-on, the Dear Jane quilt blocks.  You will learn about what this add on of the digital version of the Dear Jane quilt is all about.
