In the ‘80s, it was desktop computers, in the ‘90s it was the world wide web.  In the 2000s we saw a surge in telecommuting and home-based business and in the 2010s, mobile applications took the market by storm.  These were all things business people resisted.  What are the changes business people are facing today and what is the cost of resisting them?  In today’s episode, Phil and I will share some personal stories about people we knew who resisted change and how that resistance impacted their business.  Then we will explore the decision of 2020 that every small business person faces.
