Sierra is a graduate student who found her fire for writing in her second year of grad school. She dreamt of a career setting up research labs and making them the best they can be. What's that saying, those who can't do write a book about doing it? Well, she did! Her debut novel, Developing Feelings, features a head-strong woman determined to make Jonathan Hoffman's lab the best there is.
