Dominant non-Christian views of the body:

- The body isn’t important - it’s just the house of the real you

-The body is all that's important

We have a body and a soul/spirit – making us living beings

We have amazing bodies that are spoilt and wasting away because of sin

Our bodies are not meant as the source of contentment

The importance of the body is seen in the person of Jesus

Our bodies will be resurrected
