ME: Building Inner Resilience and Self Leadership

This Mindfulness Exercise (ME) is focussed on building your sense of inner resilience and self leadership. 

It uses elements of IFS (Internal Family Systems) which explains that we have ‘parts’ of us. And that our ‘self’ is the one listening to the parts of us. 

This exercise will discuss the 8 C’s, they are the 8 qualities of good self-leadership:

Compassion,

Creativity,
Curiosity,
Confidence,
Courage,
Calm,
Connectedness,
Clarity
