Today I had a learning moment and I wanted to share it with you

Reflecting on how to overcome being bothered. Although I was moving around I felt like I needed speak my mind.

I use to have this segment where I had random thoughts I am bringing it back! This isn't a normal episode this is me being random and thinking out loud.
