Romans 7:18-23 NLT
“And I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my sinful nature. I want to do what is right, but I can’t. I want to do what is good, but I don’t. I don’t want to do what is wrong, but I do it anyway. But if I do what I don’t want to do,
I am not really the one doing wrong; it is sin living in me that does it. I have discovered this principle of life—that when I want to do what is right, I inevitably do what is wrong. I love God’s law with all my heart. But there is another power within me that is at war with my mind. This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me.”
Self-Actualization is about becoming the best version of yourself based on embracing God’swill for your life, directed from the Word of God.
The Power of Embraced Truth to Bring Success:
John 8:32 AMPC
"And you will know the Truth, and the Truth will set you free.
You must Embrace the Truth that God knows you personally."
Jeremiah 1:5 KJV
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”
Luke 12:7 KJV
“But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.”
Psalm 56:8 NLT
“You keep track of all my sorrows. You have collected all my tears in your bottle. You have recorded each one in your book.”
You must Embrace the Truth that He knows your Purpose.
Psalm 100:3 KJV
“Know ye that the LORD he is God: It is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.”
You must Embrace the Truth that He knows your Potential
Ephesians 3:20-21 AMPC
“Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]
You must Embrace the Truth that He knows your Plan
Jeremiah 29:11-13 MSG
11) I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out—plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for. 12)When you call on me, when you come and pray to me, I’ll listen.
13) When you come looking for me, you’ll find me. “Yes, when you get serious about finding me and want it more than anything else, I’ll make sure you won’t be disappointed.”
When you forsake your agenda and your priorities, then the Sovereign Transformation truly begins to take place in your life because you did it God’s way.
