• Come up with a plan and be deliberate before you hit the store.
• Pay attention to the rhythm of your family- do you need to plan for large family meals, or is your week jam-packed and you need some slow cooker meals? Figure out a few recipes to cook during the week and determine what you need for them and what you’ve already got. Keep a list of those meal ideas handy because you will forget when the time comes.
• Organize your grocery list by areas of the store! And then bag by where the groceries go in your home -pantry, fridge, freezer, etc
