In today’s episode I’m talking all about my birthday recap, how I meal plan on a busy schedule and a delicious recipe that you're going to want to try out! So grab your coffee and let’s get started!


CHICKEN CASSEROLE

INGREDIENTS:

4 chicken breast

1 can of cream of chicken

1 can of cream of celery

8 oz of sour cream

2 sleeves of ritz crackers

1 stick of butter

RECIPE:

Boil 4 chicken breast

Then shred after it is cooked

Mix chicken

1 can of cream of chicken

1 can of cream of celery

8 oz of sour cream

Mix well then

Put into a 9x13 casserole dish

Topping:

2 sleeves of ritz crackers (crushed up)

1 stick of melted butter

Mix well 

Put on top and bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes
