Joe Valdez is an instrumentation technician in the Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics department of the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at The University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Joe helps students and faculty take advantage of the tools and instruments within the engineering school such as the Precision Machining Laboratory to build an immersive, hands-on learning environment.
