Each year, the voluntary academic extracurricular club Cui Bono votes on the faculty member of the year. For the 2019/2020 year, they selected Dr. Kristen Koenig, Associate Professor of Sociology. To kick off our podcast, we decided to start with her opening convocation speech. While the audio isn’t perfect, her oration perfectly sets the tone for our first season.
