In the 2nd hour, I will be joined by Scott Rodriguez, the Senior Vice President of Culinary and Kitchen Innovation for BJ’s Restaurant Brewhouse. Scott is also part of the BBQ team Toot and Stinky’s Cali-Q. He will give us a great view of “professional cooking” as well as competition BBQ. How does one help the other, and, how does he meet Sterling Ball and form an alliance to have him get in the kitchen to do some recipe creation for them. Many of which are on the current menu!

The 3rd Tuesday of the month brings a visit from 2015 BBQ Hall of Fame inductee, Steven Raichlen. We will talk about some new places he has visited while on his book tour, what his favorite places are to eat at on the road,
