We brought 2022 to a close with an awesome sit-down with Maria St. Louis who has recently taken the position of Equity and Inclusion lead at Channel 4. You may have heard of Channel 4 before, they are a small indie broadcaster in the UK.  Just kidding, they are a major player in the media world and act as a point of innovation on many fronts, one of which is their approach to DEI. From having a black history month take over on their channels to doing a first of it's kind black to the front campaign, reporting on representation on television. We sat down with Maria to understand Channel 4's approach through the collective, as well as to understand Marie's experience being a black woman in the space long before what we all see today.
