A rule sponsored by Sen. McKell from Spanish Fork was passed last night which prevents members of the media access to the house floor. The media would have access to the Senate floor, hallways and lounge if they have permission from a Senate media designee. Katie McKeller from the Deseret News argued against it and is on the show to talk more about it Sen. McKell joins the show to talk about why he’s sponsoring the rule.
