Black Blood Heals delves into the dark history of medical experimentation on African Americans as chronicled by Harriet Washington, author of Medical Apartheid. Ms. Washington is a science writer, editor and medical ethicist who has been a Research Fellow in Medical Ethics at Harvard Medical School. Her book, Medical Apartheid, is the first full history of Black America’s shocking mistreatment at the hands of the medical establishment.
