Interesting concept, but really do not know much about the background on this show. "Medical File" I believe may have been a BBC produced program highlighting true stories of doctors who were forced to give up their private practices to serve in the military during WW II. To the best of my knowledge about 40 episodes exist. This one is entitled "National Alert" and is about the worst food poisoning event ever recorded... at least up until 1973. This is a "test run" and if the program is popular, I will post some other episodes.
