Welcome to this guided meditation, Layered Sensation Exploration.
In this practice, we’ll explore how emotions live and move through the body — how one feeling can reveal layers beneath it when we listen closely.

You’ll be invited to bring gentle awareness to a familiar emotion — perhaps anxiety, anger, or sadness — and notice where it lives inside you. We’ll explore how sensations shift and change, how tension speaks through posture, breath, or expression, and how deeper “sub-emotions” might surface when we give them space.

This is an invitation to slow down, to meet yourself with curiosity instead of judgment, and to discover what happens when you stop resisting what you feel.
Through mindful attention and breath, we allow emotion to unfold, digest, and soften — revealing the natural peace that lives beneath all experience.

So, find a comfortable position, take a slow, steady breath… and when you’re ready, let’s begin.
