This Is A Meditation About Our Loss Of Peace
We never lose our peace of mind for the reasons we perceive, but instead, because we think we see something that isn’t there.
This meditation is another step on our journey, and this time, we are introducing the idea that what we see is not real.
Like the last meditation, this meditation is about our feelings, and what they might mean to us, and how those thoughts and feelings are reflected in our actions, and more importantly, in how we see the world and ourselves.
This podcast was written by me, Mark Laux, with guidance from A Course in Miracles and is based on Lesson 5 “I am never upset for the reason I think.”

Please review this podcast so other people can find it, and share it with anyone you think may benefit by listening, and being a part of our meditation.
Thanks for listening, and know that God loves you unconditionally and without reserve.
