This is a journey to release what isn’t serving you, what you don’t want to hold anymore in your body, in your mind and in your life. Intentionally let go so that you can move forward with a sense of lightness.
** Guided Journey Meditations are complemented when you take some time afterwards to creatively express. This can be through drawing, movement, writing or sound. Listen to episode 1 for more information on this.** 
** Guided journey meditations are designed to be gentle. Sometimes places within you will be touched and this can bring up emotion. This is ok and can be part of the process. If you are feeling a bit off balance afterwards, go slowly, be gentle and engage in some grounding techniques. Information on this can be found in episode 2**
