Meditation and mindfulness are tools to effect healing, both physical and emotional, and allow the practitioner to become more enlightened by increasing concentration and awareness. Awareness is both the discovery tool of what needs to be healed and the healing tool itself. When we establish a daily enterprise dedicated to the discovery of the self, we allow ourselves to assume responsibility for our own consciousness evolution and participate more completely in the enlightenment process.
