This is a talk by Rev. Master Jiyu given in 1979. It is the first talk in a 12 talk series. Rev. Master Jiyu talks about many different aspects of Meditation, our Buddhist practice, and what we 'find' along the Way. 'Soto Zen' is the Japanese name for our form of meditation which we translate into english as 'Serene Reflection Meditation'.
