Looking good and being right plagues us all.  This results from an unknown source.  But it really is only a distraction.  External efforts result from an internal sadness that everyone suffers from.  We may not even be present to it or even acknowledge its existence.  Gayatri assures us that one sure way to manage the malady is through meditation.  Active social media profiles can be a Mecca for people trying to distract from sadness.
