Hi guys!
This is the third of a series of meditations aimed at bringing some quiet in this time of frenzy. In this meditation, I will guide you through a 3-step process aimed at welcoming and exploring the emotions that are here. The meditation is inspired by Kristin Neff, a psychology researcher at the University of Texas, Austin, who's work focuses on bringing more compassion to our inner worlds and through this, connecting better to the world around us.
You will hear 2 bells during the meditation - one at the start and the final bell. There will also be two wood block beats, one halfway through the meditation and the other one two minutes before the end.
This meditation is suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
Please reach out if you have any questions on this exercise specifically or any broader questions on the practice.
Yours truly, Silba
