Beginning with the basics, lets understand the most simple method of creating mindfulness and relaxation in the body and mind, by using a 1 by 2 nasal breathing technique. Simply breath in slowly and deeply through your nose, hold for 1-2 seconds, then exhale through your mouth twice as long as it took to inhale. This is mostly focused on the pause and exhale as it is a key method proven to lower heart rate and tension.
