Thanks for joining me today. Todays meditation is 10 minutes long. Meditation is a tool I use daily. Everyday I always take 5 minutes for myself. We’re so busy all day long, we don’t make anytime for ourselves. Just taking 5 minutes for yourself, you can lower your stress level. You can see things differently, a different perspective of things. Just find a safe place and close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Forgiving all your thoughts that come to your awareness.
