I am not so new in mediation, I have tried it before and I try to make it a regular part of my daily schedule. This book is a pretty good guide for beginners, it contains some good advice on starting out and sticking with your meditation. Informational book, but Iâm afraid Iâm a little too ahead in the game for this. In the title it says this is for beginners, and that is not a lie. Iâd say this should be most useful to those who are completely green in meditation, as this offers very basic tips and techniques that one can use and practice on a daily basis. Well-written though, and a very practical guide overall!
AWESOME BOOK FOR MEDITATION.
The book is great.It gives on new ways of meditation and how to improve ones meditation. It has proper ways on how to go about meditation as a beginner. Moreso, it gives techniques of stress management and how to overcome stress which can really affect our health. Personally I like meditating and so this book has really helped me.Great book,congratulations to the author.
A very helpful and informative book!
I have been stressed for so many years and I do not know how to handle it sometimes. A friend of mine have told me that meditation is a very good source of positive energy and I started looking for books, then I found this one. It has explained everything what I needed to know about meditation. It has helpful guides on how to do the simple breathing. This book is also great for sharing.
