Twenty years ago, if you would have asked me what I thought about meditation, I would have said it was a crock of shit. Either my mind was too busy, or I just found it boring. As times passed, seven years ago, when I decided to start teaching my practices and helping people understand how to harness their innate abilities.
Initially when I started teaching classes I conducted them by handing out bullet point paperwork with written explanations of all they different ways to understand where one’s strengths and weaknesses were, along side hands on practice, right?
