Allow yourself to go on an imaginative journey giving yourself at least 10 minutes of time and space in your day to treat yourself well by bringing peace relaxation and centeredness to you. I mean, if you can’t take care of you, how are you going to be your best when you need to take care of others? So, grab your yoga mat or grab a spot on the ground your carpet, or if it’s a nice day in the grass with your earbuds or perhaps chill’n in your car on break, whatever you got to do take some time for you!
