06 ~ Meditation. This meditation was recorded live during a Meditation for #middayzen class on 12/9/15. This meditation is a Yoga Nidra, which means "sleep with awareness." It was a beautiful way to be aware and let go all at once. You will do this meditation lying down and expect a deep state of relaxation!
