425: Meditation: Invite Your Loved Ones Close this Holiday Season (Replay)

The holidays can be a special and sweet time of year….but it can also be very hard if you are missing a loved one. Today's meditation will allow you to connect with your loved one and call them close during this holiday season. Knowing they are always a thought away…… Lets invoke..calling your spirit, spirit guides, Angels and loved ones to surround you in light, love and healing…we ask for your guidance, support and direction at this time…..for the highest and greatest good and so it is and so be it….amen Find yourself in a comfortable position..seated or lying down..ask what your body needs…. Drop into your heart…center of your chest…..and tune into the breath…..notice the rise and fall…rise and fall of the chest… with each breath in and each breath out……your body is making more and more space…..quieting down from your day and falling into a peaceful place…..feel your arms and legs relax…..face melt…..shoulders soften….. Relax your jaw and lips……your eyes are heavy and falling…..relaxed and deep….. We are a spirit in a body….when we are here on earth….when we transition….our body falls away and what remains is our spirit…….your loved one is in spirit and the spirit realm……you know what their vibration…their signal …and essence is like when they were here…. You can still connect with them now……… on the other side….. Keeping your eyes closed…take your gaze upward.. Towards your 3rd eye….the middle of your forehead…….look out your reading screen….. Imagine a home filled and decorated for the holidays……it feels so good and cozy…. You are standing outside of this home…it is familiar and safe…….it is a cool snowy evening….. You notice as you walk up the front walk it is decorated in twinkly lights and red bows….. The front door welcomes you with a beautiful wreath…..you smell the evergreen sweet scent…. As you open the door…..and walk inside……your heart quickens with excitement and joy…..feel it in your heart now….. You hear your loved ones favorite holiday song…..a gentle smile forms as our lips turn upward…….a smile in your heart emerges as well…. The home smells like the holidays… evergreen…. spruce and pine… mixed with cinnamon and butter cookies……you haven't felt this good in a long time…..you take some long…deep breaths…. You notice all around you……decorations that take you back to your childhood….snowglobes….angels….. christmas houses and more…. As you continue to explore….you feel guided toward the fireplace and the tree…..the candles are lit and flickering a golden glow….you see the stockings hung….in anticipation…..PAUSE Gently you turn towards the tree……your eye catches a beautiful crystal ball ornament……it is changing colors……red…green…..purple….blue……white…..you feel so peaceful in this moment….. Listening to your inner voice…you pick up the crystal ball…….and hold it close……you close your eyes……and bring it to your heart….. You say “I know you are with me…..be with me now” 3 times  “I know you are with me….be with me now” “I know you are with me…be with me now” A swift breeze blows in…..it sends a familiar shiver up your spine…..and now it is quiet and peaceful……your loved one is here with you….. Feel their graceful presence…..smell their familiar scent… There is a knowingness…..a sense of peace and calm that envelopes you….. Stay here and enjoy this reunion…….the music will play until you hear my voice again….. Slowly..ever so slowly…… come back……..before you open your eyes…..a gentle smile fills your heart……….. Your mind is flooded with all the loving memories of your loved one …… Take a nice long slow deep breath in … and a nice long slow deep breath out……..open your eyes…..
