meditation is not doing more, it's doing less (or how sticky notes can save lifes)

heyoo my fellow human beings, what's up how's your monday? wait before you can answer that question, let me guess; now that you listen to this episode life is bright again, right? i knew it, just because of sticky notes, how crazy is that? okay, to come back from this ego-trip i am gonna explain to you formly what i covered in this monday episode: we've talked about how small reminders can push your life quality to unknown limits and that everyone fight different battles. i told you a little (or as scottish people would say a wee) bit about myself, and how this sentence "meditation is not doing more, it's doing less" changed my life. i tried to explain to you that meditation doesn't mean to close your eyes and listen to the wind, but that every mindful activity we execute, is there to prepare us for real life. presence, total meditation, that's the practice of fighting your demons in a constructive way & YOU CAN ACTUALLY MEDITATE ANYWHERE AND ANYTIME! cool right? i would advise you to meditate as often as you can, because it only means to turn the inner radio down, and to have more energy for what really happens around you. it's doing less, and doesn't everyone want to do a little less?
