Meditation - Part Two

It occurred to me the other day I spoke all about meditation, but I didn't tell anybody how to do it. Today I talk about that.
Back in Episode 18 I spoke about meditation
First up, meditation is something everybody should be doing. It’s not woo-woo weird shit.
The idea: to sit in silence for extended periods of time
Increasing this time increases focus, sleep, etc.
It increases creativity
Start with 5 minutes, every day. Sit in silence.
Build it up to 10 minutes
Try guided meditation
Build it up to 15 minutes
Try something like Headspace
