This meditation is designed to complement a walking warm up. 

The purpose of this meditation:

- Increased self-awareness during activity

- Increased ability to fully present during activity

- Increased awareness of motivations for activity and potential motivational barriers

- Increased ability to navigate challenging experiences that may arise during activity
