This is part 5 of 5 in a mini series I'm making just for the this week. My goal is to discuss the "insignificant" and potentially overlooked areas of your life that actually end up making the most impact long-term both on your mental, spiritual, and physical health.  IN THIS EPISODE:  Finishing any unfinished thoughts I had from the previous 4 episodes. Meditation provides the clean slate with which you should start from when attempting to implement better habits into your life. From meditation comes reflection, and from reflection comes gratitude for you will realize just how lucky you are to live a life in this world. Those three things are building blocks for a better life.
