Before opening Canada’s first mainstream meditation centre in 2016, Mandy had already spent nearly 20 years studying and teaching mindfulness and meditation. As a student of Dr. Deepak Chopra, she was learning how to blend ancient wisdom with modern science and integrated the teachings back into her own life, as a busy mom of 3. And while she was finding great success for herself, she couldn’t help but to share it in my existing work as an athletic trainer with both weekend warriors and high performance athletes.

From teaching meditation in the "backroom" of a busy personal training studio, to certifying over 3,000 people in her teacher training programs, Mandy is a refreshing voice in the mental and spiritual health arena. Her communication style is inspiring, down-to-earth, and always shared with an ounce of humor.
