Mental health is an important topic and should not be ignored…..regardless of what you are feeling they are valid. Breaking the stigma… getting help and having tools is essential to your wellbeing. 

The intention of today’s healing meditation is to create serenity…..peace and calm

Lets Center…….Calling forth your Spirit, spirit guides, masters and guardians to surround you…..support you and guide you ... ... ..place any intentions you have in your heart and mind now……and so it is and so be it…

I invite you to find a comfortable position…………. lying down ... .let go and close your eyes gently………

Take a deep breath in……..allowing your lungs to fill with fresh air………and exhale……. slowly…….releasing any tension or stress you may be carrying with you……PAUSE 

Let each breath bring you closer to a state of serenity and tranquility……….

Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a vast………tranquil lake………..PAUSE

The surface of the water is smooth and calm……….reflecting the clear blue sky above like a mirror………LONG PAUSE

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle breeze brushing against your face.

As you take a step forward……….you notice a small rowboat resting peacefully by the shore………

This boat is your vessel for the journey ahead……..a symbol of your ability to navigate through life's challenges with grace and ease……..PAUSE

Climb into the boat and feel the sturdy wooden seat beneath you………..

Take a moment to appreciate the stillness of the lake and the beauty that surrounds you……………LONG PAUSE

With each stroke of the oar……….feel yourself drifting further away from the shore………..leaving behind the worries and stresses of everyday life……..

As you row across the tranquil waters……….. allow your mind to wander freely……..PAUSE

Imagine yourself surrounded by a sense of calm and peace………. like a protective cocoon enveloping you in its embrace………….PAUSE

Feel your muscles relaxing………. your breathing slowing down………and your mind becoming clear and focused………PAUSE

As you continue to row……..notice how the scenery around you begins to change……..

Lush green trees line the shores of the lake…..their leaves rustling softly in the breeze….. 

Birds sing their melodious tunes…….and the gentle lapping of the water against the boat creates a soothing rhythm…….PAUSE

With each passing moment………feel yourself sinking deeper into a state of serenity and relaxation……….PAUSE

Allow yourself to let go of any tension or anxiety you may be holding onto………. surrendering to the peace that surrounds you.

As you reach the center of the lake………..allow yourself to simply be present in this moment………..PAUSE

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths……..savoring the feeling of tranquility that fills your being……..

Know that you can return to this place of serenity whenever you need to find refuge from the storms of life……..

 You hold the power to cultivate inner peace and calmness within yourself……no matter what challenges may arise…….LONG PAUSE

Inviting you back….begin to deepen the breath and find yourself back in the room you are in……..

Slowly open your eyes and bring your awareness back to the present moment……..PAUSE
