Meditation: Six Anchors

In this practice, we'll explore what it's like to anchor the attention to a sensation or set of sensations. We'll start with the feet and then move to the hands, breath, and sounds. Treat this one as an experiment. What's it like to let your attention rest with one object? What's it like to return to your object when you've drifted off into thought? Which anchors do you find easiest to connect to?
